The contract for the complete renovation of 5 duplexes, including 1 multifamily unit of 6 dwellings and 4 multifamily units of 4 dwellings, for a total of 32 distinct units, was awarded to Construction Gély Inc. 27 workers were tasked with renovating the exteriors of 32 units and the interiors of 14 of those, while making sure to complete the work before moving on to the next apartment to avoid inconveniencing tenants.

As part of the upgrade program for Nunavik's drinking water supply infrastructure, the Salluit project included the reconfiguration of the premises and the complete replacement of treatment plant systems. There was also the addition of two truck loading paths, the connection of a new well to the existing pumping station and the construction of five shelters over the groundwater pipe connecting the pumping station to the treatment plant.

With its well-established and enviable expertise in the field of civil engineering—including drilling, blasting, aggregate production, excavation, culvert and guardrail installation, and road and airport repair in Nunavik—Construction Gély Inc. was able to rally its workers to rebuild the access road to the Salluit Airport for the MTQ.
